i have issue when i print direct coming only the Logo with Small Size

im not sure this printer is in the list or not but support esc/pos

the issue is when i printer from the software with Direct print is coming only the logo same like that only the logo without any information but... when i printer Normal with direct print Is working normal no any issue but i need to print Direct please

please if anyone can explain to what exactly the Problem or Can be fixed thanks ....
