Can't able to print japanese character instead it printing question marks?

@mike42 I would like to print receipt in japanese language but it printing question marks. Is there any possibilities to fix the issue. My printer model is WS-58ⅡK.

If I write japanese("サカシタ理容と美容の店") directly on the edit form, I can print it.
