Munbyn ITPP068 supported

Hi Mike!

Just to let you know that your code works with the Munbyn ITPP068 printer.

All works as expected, barcodes, QR and text, but the images are not working, just garbage.

Attached a sample:

My bad, it worked with the bitImage() :)
