CMake Error at spotMicro-master test/spot_micro_motion_cmd/CMakeLists.txt:20 (add_subdirectory): The source directory /home/usr/catkin_ws/src/spotMicro-master test/spot_micro_motion_cmd/libs/spot_micro_kinematics_cpp

does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file. im using ROS noetic and ubuntu 20.04

You need to check out the submodule “spot_micro_kinematics_cpp” and copy it to the corresponding directory。
