navbar does not open collapse menu on mobile device

In my desktop browser, if I resize the window to show collapse button, it works properly. But in my mobile device (Iphone 6 with Safari) the collapse button are showed but anything happened when I click on it.

I've got the same thing happening. I've moved off the ember helper and have to build a mobile nav myself.
