Read/unread status does not refresh

When using this plugin the read/unread status does not refresh (message displayed in bold/not bold). Reading a mail on another device and then waiting some time or pressing the refresh button on the upper left does not show that it is already read. You have to change a folder, receive a new mail or press F5 to get the new status updated and displayed. Is there a way to correct this?

RC 1.6.2 and latest plugin
