dynamic multiple endpoints

Hi @mikakaraila,

I am planning to build a modular system that would need me to dynamically subscribe to multiple endpoints on a client node.

I understand we could send a msg to a client node to have it connected and subscribed dynamically like in #532 , but the modularity part is still lacking for my use case. Is there a way I can modularly increase number of client nodes/OPCUA endpoints, based on a variable input like an array of endpoints and have them running read-multiple or subscribe?

Sounds for me too complex, this would make code & flow hard to maintain...
