this plugin cause black screen

The black screen or crashing RBR is usually because of Windows DEP interfering with RBR. https://vauhtimurot.blogspot.com/p/troubleshooting.html

Try adding richardburnsrally_sse.exe executable as an exception in Windows DEP if you have set DEP option as "for all processes" instead of "only essential Windows components" option.
