Automatic character "\" added

Hi there. I have set up schema markup and there is a problem with the name of my organization: I type NOAH'S but after saving it turns into NOAH'S. And if I don't delete the "" and save again, it's NOAH\'S and so on.

Is there a way to fix this? I think only an update to the plugin can help.
