[suggestion] Support resource packs

This should be relatively straight forward (I hope!). I believe curseforge resourcepacks can be handled identically to mods, except of course you drop them into ./resourcepacks/ instead of ./mods/

Allow for thumbnail_create_command to create thumbnails for movies too
