Describe your suggested feature

A manga info editor would allow editing of the title, author name, artist name, and description of the manga.

TachiyomiSY has an implementation of this that seems to work beautifully, and seeing as it is a fork that closely follows Mihon, getting the code and implementing it for Mihon should work fine. (Correct me if I’m wrong)

Since this feature request was eventually gonna come up again, I thought of making it now and leaving it here.

There is literally an active Pull Request about this (#398) so be patient.

Something new? This feature would be very useful, it is becoming common for some scans to give somewhat surreal titles to the mangas instead of their original title 😮‍💨
