Continue reading button missing

Steps to reproduce

Continue reading button is shown only if unread chapters are shown too.

Expected behavior

In library, when downloaded chapters are shown but unread chapters are hidden in display options, continue reading button should be shown.

Actual behavior

Button Not shown if only downloaded chapters are shown.
