save custom tag filter support for external extension

I was about to open a new issue with this suggestion so I will simply past what I had written:

Option to save a filter with a name and select it later. Together with an option to select a filter that was previously saved to be the default filter.

This is particularly useful for me since for some extensions I find myself having to manually type the same filter to hide genres and tags that I don't like and prioritizing some categories when searching for a new manga to read.

For the interface I would suggest a drop down (to select previously saved filters) and a plus sign (+)(to save the current filter) on the left side of the "Filter" button.

The main issue is: whenever the filters screen is changed by the source in any way, the saved values are lost, can't be reused on the "new" filters.

And what make it sad you can't copy paste that filter. Tried do it and i save those filter to txt file so can copy paste easily but sadly paste function didn't work in that fill
