Scroll bar indicator sometimes not showing accurate scroll position

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an entry with several chapters
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen by swiping on it

Expected behavior

The scrollbar indicator should be at the bottom of the page

Actual behavior

The scrollbar indicator stops before reaching the bottom
