Chapter Still showing as not downloaded although the chapter already downloaded

Steps to reproduce

I know this case already occurred at tachiyomi 0.15 and already committed at 0.15.3 but when using mihon this issue still occurred. whenever I open the apps and look at update, new chapter showing as not download but when check at download folder the file is here. usually I click Invalidate download index and wait until the checking download finish then the chapter at update will show as downloaded. but after sometime I open again it will became not downloaded again

Expected behavior

when open the apps, chapter who already downloaded will still show without must use Invalidate download index

Actual behavior

whenever I open the apps it will show as downloaded and must do Invalidate download index

I haven't moven to mihon yet. But the last version of tachiyomi has changed all download manga to "download" floder instead of directly storge at setting floder. So I think you can move them to the new folder to solve the problem

hi from what I check, tachiyomi and mihon is using similar code. And yes I already set the file to download that's why if the issue occured I can use Invalidate download index to fix it. But often the mark become issue again when I open the app

tachiyomiSY also have same issue, it's frequenly not showing downloaded manga (must revalidate download index every time)
