Optional Margins for Paged Reading Mode

Describe your suggested feature

Add a setting similar to long strip's side margins, but for paged mode. Ideally this would have individually addressable margins for top and bottom as well as side margins. This would be helpful for devices like mine which have a recessed screen, which makes reading text close to the top or bottom awkward from some viewing angles.
