Hide extension name when Hide notification content is on

When "Hide notification content" is on, hide extension names when an extension is available for update. Instead the number of extensions to update is shown.

Other details

1. Turn on "Hide notification content"
2. An extension(s) update comes
3. The extension(s) name is showing in the notification.

This should not happen. The name of extensions should hide and instead "x number of extensions are available for upgrade" is shown.
