Updating to [email protected] breaks the initial project

Expected behavior Default starter site (svelte 3 template)

Additional context I was going to post a new issue to ci-svelte-starter because I had to update our project's codeigniter version, because of the new CVE-2023-32692 that popped up while running a scheduled check up, I tried updating our project directly (composer update codeigniter4/framework), I also created a new blank project template using v1 both resulted in a non working state because of the missing <div id="app"> inside the body tag.
