Stop using the SDL port of Basilisk II

Unclear if it's getting us much. We could more directly use the UNIX port and talk to Emscripten/the worker directly.

Should also consider rebasing onto a more recent fork, e.g. one of: https://github.com/cebix/macemu (original repo, long dormant, but had signs of life last year) https://github.com/emaculation/macemu (attempt at cleanup from the emaculation community) https://github.com/kanjitalk755/macemu (liveliest fork)

Done, see mihaip/macemu@6146625997021b658b9d3eb2ec5250af4f1802e1, mihaip/macemu@4ffe81ed3db581304e34e62aa761d69ad18b4d48 and the JS directory in general.

I also rebased on top of kanjitalk755/macemu.
