Request for Simple Install Help

Simple question/request?

I have been having issues trying to get a working setup, so

What OS Are you using? What Version? What version of NodeJS What version of gulp

I am trying with NodeJS v10.23.1 (Seems to work, I get the expected output) gulp v4.0..2 (crashes at startup with an Exception: globalThis is not defined`

So I am just trying to work out a common setup, to see if I can get it going?
