Error loading color scheme in SublimeText 3

Error loading color scheme in Sublime Text 3.

"Error parsing plist xml: expected = in file Packages/Colorsublime-Themes/Visual Studio.tmTheme on line: 42

Note that if I comment out line 42, the same error occurs on other lines.

Please help if you can. I've been using VS for so many years that I can't adapt to any of the ST color themes!
