This theme doesn't work in Sublime 3. Please update. New format appears to be ".sublime-package" instead of the ".tmTheme" file in the repo.

I added instructions on how to install it for Sublime 3. The theme itself requires no changes.

I copied the file to the folder specified in the install instructions but nothing happened. I did some further looking into the "colorsublime" mentioned and found its actually a plugin used to install themes. I installed that but even then it did not pick up the Visual Studio.tmTheme file.

Would you mind if I made a PR to their repo with your theme?

Not at all, feel free to do it. It's weird though, it worked for me with a fresh install of Sublime 3, on Windows. You'd still have to select the theme from the menu.
