As seen in the following BrainIAK-SRM BIDS App issue: https://github.com/bids-apps/brainiak-srm/issues/15 Since pandas is not a direct dependency, we should update numpy, which is happening in PR #511.

They are very helpful for interactive use. You can also use them to generate HTML documentation automatically with `sphinx-apidoc`: http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/stable/man/sphinx-apidoc.html

Note that currently this is different from what BrainIAK requires. BrainIAK works with Python 3.5, but at least one of the packages used in the tutorials, Nxviz, requires Python 3.6:...
