Scan stuck at "Tiling and uploading"

Hi, I have a scan which is stuck at "Tiling and uploading". This is reproducible with the image-file in question. Uploading the same printout as a new printout with a higher resolution helped.

Sorry about the error. I can see that WP is having a few issues right now, but it may be some time before I can completely address them.
