Hillup now supports retrieving Canada Digital Elevation Data

Data from the Canadian Government Geobase site. This is 1:50k data (so 0.75 arc second) clipped to the Canadian border. Not currently handled is merging with SRTM or NED data nor the map sheets near the North Pole which do not follow the standard format.

This contribution is licensed under the same terms as the licence in migurski/DEM-Tools.
