Serve rulesets from lists.migueldemoura.com or similar

I want to rename this repo but can't if users are using https://raw.githubusercontent.com/migueldemoura/ublock-umatrix-rulesets/* to fetch the lists.

You should make a transit time of one year where they are running in parallel, I did that with the old clefspeare13/pornhosts when I changed folder layout, of curse some failed completely seeing the warning/information inside the download files :smile:

But when they got empty files they spotted the notification inside the files :smirk:

I mean 12 month is a long time not to monitor a running service for notifications, errors, warnings etc.

What I had in mind was to grep for that string on GitHub and elsewhere, have other lists change the URL and then do a couple of brownouts before changing the repo name. What do you think?

Do it :smiley: But as mentioned, make a transition time to let people have a fair change to notice it and make changes to there systems.
