sk_imagefilter_new_blur not implemented

Hello,

I know you are busy. But could you please implement the sk_imagefilter_new_blur in SkiaKit? The SkiaSharp implementation has HandleDictionary.cs class implementation. Which i think is bit difficult for me to implement on my own. Any help is appreciated.
