OSX CMD+A selecting all segments but also highlighting everything in the window

I have a lot of issues to go through, so in order to make it easier for me to help you, I ask that you please try these things first

Steps to reproduce

on the Mac version press CMD+A (select all segments)

Expected behavior

All segments are selected.

Actual behavior

All segments are selected but everything within the window gets highlighted (segment list etc well pretty much everything)
