It's a cool feature request. We would probably also have to store the color inside the .llc file then
so what you mean is you want a feature that works exactly like the current "Store next to media file" option, but it will be instead stored in a subfolder...
I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. "Convert to supported format" already reduces the resolution when you choose "slow".
