Option to follow random followers of targeted accounts, rather than the last 5 followers

The reason I'd like this option is that I have like 10 accounts I am targetting, each with many followers. I only followed 60 users total and am already getting a lot of "skipping users, already following" which means a lot of wasted waiting time and wasted followers of the target accounts. Couldn't the bot just pick random followers of each account I am targetting or at least the last 200 or something?

With the current approach, I guess the bot will do nothing very soon unless I add new people. Even though there are thousands of accounts following my target accounts that the bot never followed.

Or more simple: Maybe just giving us the option to set the number of users to follow from each targeted account will be enough? could be a percentage or absolute number.
