No followed database found & No unfollowed database found?

Had problem with npm run install. found work around with npm install --legacy-peer-dep. i built project with the ladder, and i have a no followed database and unfollowed database found. I believe this may be the source as to why the bot when being ran does not follow people, or is it not following accounts right away?
