Peer dependency warning

With a freshly created RN app, adding latest version 3.2.28 will still show a warning. Screenshot 2019-08-09 at 14 51 07

There are several warnings (including deprecated component life cycle API usage, and need to bump dependencies, and migrate to React 16.9).

The author this component mentioned, that he might find some time to update this see ( https://github.com/mientjan/react-native-markdown-renderer/issues/115 )
