Adding multiple of the same derived plot

Running latest 200ea4eb73defdba7b5c07757a637cef3e9d80a5 on macOS 10.12.1

Minor bug - You're able to add multiple of the derived plots. I assume there's no reason for this.

An application of this UI functionality might be supporting multiple simultaneous channel filters, so you can view multiple portions of the same signal simultaneously on different axes.

I also found the present form (identical plots using the same channel filters) surprising.
