Add button to switch dark/light theme

Feature (Totalmente opcional 😄)

• Se agrega un botón para cambiar entre los temas dark/light cuando el usuario lo prefiera
• Mantiene guardada la preferencia de elección en localStorage
• El icono cambia de Sol a Luna y viceversa cuando se cambia el tema
