Some websites partially loads and crashes
Hi, I am using midori browser on FreeBSD 14.2. Some websites crashes and some are ok. Eg: www.youtube.com crashes but www.google.com works. What could be the issue please. Thanks & Best Regards AMJS
At a guess, a shaky port of the webkit2gtk4 library. If you run midori under gdb, when it crashes you might get a stack backtrace to get an idea of which part blew up. There's a regression of webkit2gtk4 in the latest WRT 32-bit platforms, but mostly that keeps the app from starting up at all.
Note that Astian has taken over the name "Midori" and moved to a Firefox-based browser engine. So you can't expect to get work on what they consider a legacy version.
