Open new tabs in the background.

When opening a new tab with "control" + "click on a link" it would be nice if the tab would open in the background instead of foreground.

This was standard behaviour in Midori 0.6 (Debian Buster) but changed in Midori 0.9. Alternatively there could be an option to choose.

Same for RMB click > "Open Link in New Tab"
