Clicking notification opens empty window

  • Use a website that has web notifications eg. Rocket.Chat or WhatsApp
  • Enable notifications on the site
  • Click a notification that's coming up
  • Observe an empty new window being created

Clicking the notification should activate the tab which triggered the notification and raise the window containing it if necessary,
