Lockscreen toggles (flash and camera) not working iOS 12.0-12.1

It seems that when using iOS 12.0 - 12.1 the lockscreen toggles are broken for some reasons Because I've asked to a bunch of people and for all the people where the lockscreen toggles are working they are all on 12.1.1 or higher

i’m on ip8+ 12.0.1 and both buttons don’t work
