Support servers where the nether and the end are in separate folders

Some minecraft servers create separate folders for each of the worlds by default, and the included config fails to find those worlds. This updates that config to support separate folders for each world.

Questions:

  1. What version of Minecraft are you running that puts the different dimensions in different folders?
  2. How does this impact the resulting render? With the current configuration, the buttons make it trivial to navigate between dimensions, how would you do it now? Can you provide a screenshot?

I'm using itzg's Docker image which creates separate folders for each world. I believe it's pretty popular which is why I thought it might be useful to support it in your image.

As far as I can tell the resulting render is the same (ignore the North/South/East/West options that's separate functionality I built it's not from this change) Screen Shot 2022-05-05 at 10 23 41 AM
