Deprecate TeamRepos.prod_branch

Why do we need this ?

TeamRepos.prod_branch is no longer used in analytics, rather TeamRepos.prod_branches is used.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Find it's usages and deprecate them
  • [ ] Drop it from DB migration script
