It should be helpful in letting users set a name of the project and choosing other options, like to include a db

Or the best thing might be to make something in rust so that you can ship as a binary, which you could include in the midas docker image

I assumed this would be rebar3, but I'm now wondering about a web service.

wget template.app/name?args

can this out put a directory of files.
