Allow expanding the system module segment

This is sort of a side-port from my CFW which uses CakesFW's firmware handling code and some subset of the system module handling code.

More specifically, this allows injection of larger system modules than the section allows and restructures to handle this properly, and fixes bullet 2 of #47.
