After #75 and #125 add the ability to choose the folders even if "All account" is selected. At the moment the folder filtering is disable when "All account" is choosen.

[Export] Add account info if the stats are for all accounts

Add a column with the account if the stats are for all accounts.

Add an xls export to create a single file with more sheets.

In the time graph, the mail numbers are positioned on the hours. Keeping the same hour ticks, place the numbers on the minutes.

Reporting error message and error code from ChatGPT API when something went wrong. This should be more descriptive in cases like #5 and #8.

Add an option to do no use "v1" in API path for OpenAI Compatible API, as suggested in #160.
