Add attachments manipolation capabilities to prompts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. I have CCTV alerts come in by email & would like it if I could classify whether it's just the cleaners doing their bit or the neighbours or strangers. The emails could be categorised by these criteria.
2. I have attachments come in such as bank statements which I like to rename to the statement date and save them to my NAS.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ollama allows vision models & I have tested that they can both do the above but I need to get the attachments out of the email first. It would be great be able to do this all in the email.

Additional context

As a new user I am not sure if a particular AI prompt can be triggered based on emails coming into certain directories. If that is possible then the prompt could hopefully run on every incoming cctv image or every incoming statement from my bank.

What I could verify if it's possibile is the ability to use a prompt to act on the mails attachment. Then you could write a custom prompt to operate on the attached file. Using the folder path that will be available in version 3.3.0 (see #253) you could ask different action on different folders. It could work for the first request, tagging an email based on the attached image. It could not work for the second, because saving on your NAS is something that I don't think the AI could do alone.

I'm adding the new feature label, to further investigate the possibility to work on the attachments.
