Why status is always: Update Feed Offline

The app is running, but the status is always: Update Feed Offline

Context

I'm trying to find the solutions, but nothing.

Process

1. Config the vitualserver
2. Used port is 499
3. is it correct ? ProxyPass /socket.io/ http://localhost:499/socket.io/ or only 8080 ?

Expected result

WPOS is Online

You'll also need to update the port in the config. There is a setting in the admin console.
