Scroll position gets lost after device rotation at the privacy policy page

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From the main page, click "My Reddit" Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 14 41 PM
  2. Click "recover password" Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 14 54 PM
  3. Click "Get Help" Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 15 04 PM
  4. Scroll up and click "Policy" Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 15 15 PM
  5. At the policy page, scroll up to the bottom Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 15 51 PM
  6. Rotate device and you will loss your scroll position Screen Shot 2021-08-12 at 12 15 58 PM
