Installation problem, please make a really fast guide!

Hi, i have a lot of problem understending how to install scratchmonkey on arduino. I tried several times in windows and mac too using various folder and arduino locations. It's possible to make a really fast and simple guide that shows how to install it? I think is the unique problem because i already soldered a compatible socket to burn everything ;)
