Add Support to manage users and groups in Enterprise Applications

No Problem

Describe the solution you'd like.

Under New/Set/Update-MgApplication we would like the ability to add/remove users and groups. From what I've found this feature does not exist unless I didn't research hard enough.

Additional context?

The current request is to add a security group across 150+ applications. Since we cannot bulk select and manage from the GUI we were looking to do this via Microsoft Graph.
