Explore embedding of API reference snippets in help file

We should consider embedding PowerShell snippets from the API reference docs in the help files when no example exists.

Considerations

• The injected examples should not replace existing workload provided examples.
• The example from the API reference docs will be one version behind. This is due to the current snippet generation design.
