Improve telemetry collection of the library

We are currently publishing the JavaScript SDK via npm and CDN. The purpose of this issue is to capture telemetry, which will help us learn

  • statistics of the apps using the SDK.
  • usage stats of CDN and npm.
  • any other information that could add value in improving the SDK usage experience.

The privacy and security of the application using the SDK should be cared for while capturing the telemetry information. AB#7036
